📌 High Demand – Register Quickly!
Most groups fill up immediately when registration goes live. Each group has a maximum capacity, and once it's full, we cannot hold spots or make exceptions. If you can't register at the scheduled time, please arrange for a family member or friend to register on your behalf.
⚠️ Group Changes are unlikely
Due to high demand, we typically cannot switch kids into different groups after registration. Also, since each group meets at different locations, please consider transportation logistics before signing up multiple kids on the same day.
💻 Best Way to Register
Our registration system works best on a laptop or desktop. If using a mobile device, you may need to refresh the page to see the "open in a new tab" prompt. Clear your cookies and use Chrome.
🛒 Cart Holds Your Spot
Once you add a group to your cart, a timer will start, reserving your spot for that duration. This allows you time to:
✔️ Fill out registration forms correctly
✔️ Add other items to your cart
✔️ Make a donation
✔️ Complete payment without losing your spot
📝 Filling Out Registration Forms
- Page 1 ("Your Details") – Parents enter their information.
- Page 2 ("Participant Details") – Enter the child's details. (The system auto-fills this with parent info, so be sure to update it.)
- Phone Number: Keep the parent’s phone number listed for roster purposes.
📩 Confirmation & Waitlist
- There may be a slight delay in the confirmation page—please wait for the thank you page and check your email (including junk/spam).
- If your preferred group is full, join the waitlist! Spots are awarded first come, first served as they become available. The waitlist also helps us assess demand for future seasons.
