Saturday, April 20, 2024, 10 am – 2 pm

Two windows for Seller’s Bike Drop Off at Puente De Hozho Elementary
How Does it Work?
It’s a consignment sale, so sellers drop off their bike(s) in advance and we help you price it and display it at the swap. Buyers can shop on Saturday 10 am - 2 pm only. After the event, FLYRS pays the sellers for the bike(s) that sold, minus a 20% consignment fee (maximum consignment fee of $500 per bike.). People can also donate their bike(s) to FLYRS and we sell it and keep 100%
1. Sellers
Fill out the Bike Swap Online Check in Form between March 20 - April 18. Bring your bike(s) to one of the drop-off times, we will give you your price tag and set your bike(s) out on the floor to sell. The consignment fee is 20% of the sold price for each bike (maximum consignment fee of $500 per bike.). If you don’t want to pick up unsold bike(s), let us know and we will donate it to riders in need. Items must be priced $100 or higher, with the exception of push bikes.
2. Donated Bikes
You can donate bike(s) directly to FLYRS for the swap, and FLYRS will keep 100% of the sale price! If you itemize your tax deductions, you can take a deduction for the fair market value of your donated bike(s). Be sure to follow IRS rules for noncash charitable contributions. Please contact us if you have any questions about donating bike(s) at [email protected].
3. Pricing
Please price your bike(s) to sell. We suggest using bike blue book and/or Pinkbike, and pricing fairly so your bike doesn’t come home with you! A friendly reminder, this is a fundraiser for FLYRS. We are only accepting bike(s) in good, excellent, and new condition. You can not change the price of the bike(s) you are selling once a price tag has been created. Items must be priced $100 or higher with the exception of push bikes.
