Registration info
Please read below for some helpful information regarding our registration system.
Typically most of our groups fill up the moment registration goes live. Each group has a max limit so when it's full, it's full. We can't hold spots or do special favors for folks who are unable to make the registration time. Please find a family member or friend to register for you if you are unable to make it. Also, due to each group filling up we are usually unable to make group changes and switch kids into a different group. Please note that each group has a separate location schedule so don't sign kids up on the same day if transportation to separate locations will be an issue.
Our registration software works best on a laptop or desktop computer. If you are trying to register on a mobile device, sometimes you may need to refresh to get the "open in a new tab" prompt.
Once you add an item to your cart and the timer starts, then your spot (in the group added to cart) is reserved for the duration of the timer. This allows you to take your time to properly fill out all of the registration info, add other items to your cart, and/or make a donation without the worry of your spot being taken by someone completing it faster.
The first page of registration is labeled "your details" and this is for parents to fill in their information. The second page labeled "participant details" is for the youth participant details. It will be prefilled with the parents information from the previous page so be sure to delete that info and enter the kiddos details except the phone number. The parents phone number needs to be listed on this page again for our group rosters.There is a slight delay in the confirmation page after finishing registration. Please wait for the thank you page and immediately check your email (including junk folder) for registration confirmation.
If your group filled up, be sure to sign up on the waitlist. We will award spots on a first come first served basis as they become available. We use the waitlist to determine demand for future capacity and whether we have the capability to add a group in the current season.
